I’m usually loyal to this brand, so I really expected to like this one. Unfortunately, the chocolate flavor just tasted kind of flat to me and a little too bitter. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but compared to what I normally enjoy from them, it was a bit disappointing. I’d probably stick with their other flavors instead of buying this one again.

I had a frustrating time trying to place an order on Tabal Chocolate. The site kept freezing and throwing errors at checkout, and I couldn’t tell if my payment had actually gone through or not. Has anyone else had this happen, or was it just bad timing on my end?
I ended up waiting for some kind of confirmation email, but nothing showed up right away, which made it even more stressful. I had to reach out to support just to make sure the order existed. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they fix the checkout process, because it was way more annoying than it needed to be

The box showed up a little dented, so the packaging was just okay I guess. Nothing too wild, but yeah, it could’ve been better

The chocolate itself tasted good, so no complaints there. But the box showed up a bit crushed, and one of the bars was cracked inside. It also arrived a day late, which just made the whole thing feel like wasted energy checking for it and then dealing with a beat-up package. Not the worst experience, but I definitely expected it to show up in better shape.

I was annoyed with how long this took to arrive. I kept checking for updates because I needed it sooner, and the shipping just felt like it dragged on forever.

I got this as a small gift and it worked out fine. The person liked it, so no real complaints there. I was a bit annoyed that the communication/details weren’t super clear before buying, though. It would’ve been nice to know exactly what to expect without having to guess.

I was happy with this chocolate. It tastes great, and the price felt really fair for what you get. i’d rather stock up on this than risk paying more later or settling for something not as good.

I ordered a few chocolate bars from tabalchocolate.com, but the box I got wasn’t what I picked out. Two of the flavors I chose were missing, and one bar was something completely different. There wasn’t any note or explanation either, which made it feel like they just swapped things out and hoped I wouldn’t notice.
I emailed them about it and then waited around for a response, which made the whole thing more frustrating because I felt ignored. They eventually offered a small fix, but by then I was already annoyed. If I’m paying for specific items, I expect to get those items, so I probably won’t order from them again.

I was expecting a bit more from this. The ingredients tasted kind of cheap, and the flavor was flat overall. What frustrated me most was that I made a simple request and it felt like it was just ignored, which made the whole experience even more disappointing.

Well... I was disappointed with the food options. There were barely any vegan choices, so I ended up feeling like there wasn’t much I could actually eat.

i mean, one of the main reasons I ordered from Tabal was because they actually share where the cacao comes from instead of just talking about the flavors. That made me feel a lot better about buying, and the chocolate itself was really good too.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that shipping took a little longer than I expected. Still, I’m happy with the order overall and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I was really looking forward to this chocolate, but the one I got just didn’t seem very fresh. It had a bit of a stale smell when I opened it, and the texture was kind of dry and crumbly instead of smooth. Maybe it had just been sitting around too long or something, I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was, and maybe I just got an unlucky batch. Still, I was disappointed and probably wouldn’t order again unless they’re checking freshness a little more carefully...

I actually really liked the texture of this chocolate. It felt smooth and melted nicely in my mouth, which is always a good sign, at least for me. The little snap when you bite into it was great too. My only small complaint is that a few pieces felt a bit too thick and heavy, so they were maybe not as easy to snack on as I expected. Still, overall, it was good.

The chocolate was alright, but I was kind of hoping they’d have more fun flavors to choose from. Not bad overall, just could use a little more variety.
